Order on linePlease email firstly - almost a quarter of your emails do not reach us or cannot be replied by us so check your return address! Orders are paid on line through secure server, but please email first to ensure an item is available and give us your name and shipping address. We do not guarantee a delivery time! We send packages to be signed for but if returned to us we reserve the right to charge for additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable even on returned items. Made to measure orders and clothing and shoes are not refundable! Orders must be paid for in full at time of ordering. Orders for clothing and shoes may take up to 40 days to prepare and are subject to stock availability. Most leather or suede shoes are handmade. Ball Pilmar, Gladis, Yebra, Gallardo and other makes of shoe can be obtained in a variety of colours and sizes. Skirts, flamenco dresses and bata de cola from our Spanish dressmakers are available in a variety of colours and patterns. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, all goods are sold in good condition but if found to be faulty upon delivery are returnable within 14 days if still in saleable condition and in the original packaging. The costs of delivering or mailing such return is entirely the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will not be made on order items unless defective. Refunds are not made on used Videos, DVDs or CDs unless defective.
