final: 20th July 2002 Teatro Municipal, Sanlucar de la Barrameda with guest performers: singer La Macanita, guitarist Diego del Morao

The winning verses from the previuos year's competition of the flamenco song "Mirabrás" © 2001 by Domingo Rosado of Jerez de la Frontera.

This is an excellent example of "Mirabrás" - the style of Alegrías rhythm that is sung in Cadiz province, in particular for its reference to Sanlucar, the sailors, the fish....
