Order on linePlease email firstly - almost a quarter of your emails do not reach us or cannot be replied by us so check your return address! Orders are paid on line through the secure server, but please email first to ensure an item is available and give us your name and shipping address. We do not guarantee a delivery time. Made to measure orders are not refundable! Special orders of shoes, clothing or other products must be paid for in full at time of ordering and may take up to 40 days to prepare. Most leather or suede shoes are handmade. Ball Pilmar, Gladis, Yebra, Gallardo and other makes of shoe can be obtained in a variety of colours and sizes. Skirts, flamenco dresses and bata de cola from our Spanish dressmakers are available in a variety of colours and patterns. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, all goods are sold in good condition but if found to be faulty upon delivery are returnable within 14 days if still in saleable condition and in the original packaging. The costs of delivering or mailing such return is entirely the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will not be made on special order items unless defective. Refunds are not made on used Videos, DVDs or CDs unless defective.
