The official guitarist this year is the remarkable blind flamenco guitarist, Juan el Plazoleto. Notice the unorthodox position of the guitar. In fact his technique is quite different, yet his playing remains most orthodox!

| The group Purezas de Cadiz rounded off the early hours with animated singing, playing and occasional "patas de buleria". | 
|
| Regrettably this year there was no final of the dance competition, for lack of entries in the earlier rounds (unlike year 2002 - see my review). The committee decided to award all the prize money destined for dance to all the dance participants and their groups. | |
